Returns

Under article 64 of the Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, a Customer that for some reason is not satisfied with his purchase, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered Products already delivered,  without penalty and without giving any specific reason;

the right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a registered letter to TOWNET SRL Via dei Finale, 20 61043 Cagli (PU) – Italy, within ten working days from the receipt of the order;

the communication above-mentioned can be sent, within the same period, also by telegram or fax (+39 0721 796182) or e-mail (info@wispmax.com), if confirmed by a registered letter within 48 hours after sending the telegram. Fax or e-mail;

if the withdrawal is carried out in accordance with the conditions above, the amount paid for the products and the delivery charge is credited to the buyer by bank transfer to his bank account;

The reimbursement is free and is made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date on which Townet becomes aware of the right of withdrawal by the Client;

within 10 working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must send or deliver the goods to the following address: Via dei Finale, 20 61043 Cagli (PU) – Italy.

The products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging; Townet reserves the right to withhold money from the reimbursement made to the customer as a partial or total coverage of the cost of reconditioning of the product if it is used or not returned in its original packaging.

the only expenses paid by the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal is the direct return of the Products to Townet;

Under no circumstances cash on delivery or carriage forward packages will be withdrawed.

According to what provided by Article 55 – paragraph 2 – Legislative Decree 206/2005 the consumer can not exercise the right of withdrawal in case of sealed audiovisual or computer products, opened by the Customer.

Reimbursements and/or the right of withdrawal do not include the purchase of any software license.

The right of withdrawal lapses completely for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (the packaging and/or its contents), where Townet finds out:

The use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables

The lack or damage of the outer packaging and / or internal packaging

The lack of integral elements of the product (accessories,cables,manuals,parts,…)

Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation

In the cases above, Townet will return the item purchased to the sender, charging the shipping costs to him.

The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if he purchases for purposes related to his business or profession or occupation or where he purchases with VAT, with the related issuance of invoice.
